SPCIS  concretizes “Smoke Free” stance

St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur is standing strong and invulnerable on its regulation as a smoke-free campus and this conviction is reinforced by the mandates of the Department of Education Memorandum  No. 124 , seriesof 2011.

The said memo, entitled as the Integration of the Anti-Smoking Campaign in the Oplan Balik-Eskwela Program, gave way to the declaration of the school as a smoke-free zone last July 2, 2011. It also declared and imposed that 100 meters away from the campus boundary shall be maintained smoke free.
