Changes in the Enrolment System

September 17, 2008 – Sister Fideliza de Marie Portillo, SPC, College Dean and Vice President for Academic Affairs, released a memo to inform the college students of SPCIS about changes in the enrolment system. Students were obliged to pre-enrol for the next semester, with a registration fee of Php 500.00, which is deductible from the total fees for the said semester. As stated in the memo, students can pre-enrol starting October 1, and failure to do so by October 3 means that the student has decided not to study in SPCIS for the coming semester, or the student is considered late for enrolment with a fine of Php 500.00. October 2 and 3 saw many students waiting in line outside the registrar’s office and the finance office, as pre-enrolment is also a required item for clearance from the registrar.
